The Innovation Marketplaces are spaces for connecting investors, entrepreneurs, business leaders and world experts, for sharing and discussing ideas, projects, busines models and future trends in sectors that are key to the global economy.

During the 2009 edition of the event telecommunications, healthcare and cleantech were selected as the key focus industries. Each Marketplace included a global conference, an innovation area and a business innovation competition attracting participants from around the world.
